ABSTRACT: In the fall of 2004, Clackamas County Traffic Safety Commission conducted a survey of citizens to understand resident's perception of traffic safety issues. The survey questions were generally open-ended which provided the residents with a great deal of freedom in responses to the questions. The purpose of this report is to summarize the survey and identify the most important safety-related issues and concerns of Clackamas County residents. Results of these surveys will help guide engineering, enforcement and education efforts related to traffic safety. PRODUCTS:
