ABSTRACT: This project was supported with a subcontract to Kittelson and Associates, Inc. and Parametrix of $6,000. The project was completed in April 2005. Portland State's role was to prepare a summary of ITS benefits in the urban area. This report was incorporated into the final Oregon DOT Region 1 ITS plan which has been posted with the other regional plans on the Oregon DOT ITS web site.
