ABSTRACT: The objective of this research is to support Kittelson & Associates, Inc. evaluation of the Portland Transit Signal Priority Project, under contract to the City of Portland. Peter Koonce will serve as the Kittelson & Associates, Inc. (KAI) project manager and Robert Bertini will serve as the Portland State University (PSU) principal investigator.
