ABSTRACT: This project will consist of integration efforts aimed at expanding the PORTAL regional data archive.Objectives:1. To develop improvements to the current travel time estimation framework under varying traffic conditions. 2. To identify, test, and implement procedures to improve PORTAL data quality. 3.To extend PORTAL to allow users to request a list of incidents for a specified date, time, and highway location.
