  Qin Ou (Ocean) Presents at TransPort Meeting • September 2008 Mr. Qin Ou (Ocean), visiting Ph.D. student from the Delft University of Technology, presented a summary of his travel time data fusion research at the monthly meeting of the TransPort ITS Advisory Committee on September 10, 2008. We appreciated the opportunity to learn about Ocean's research as well as travel time research from the Netherlands. We hope that this will lead to further collaboration between the Delft University of Technology and Portland State University. | ||||
