Meead Saberi and Alex Bigazzi Receive Eisenhower Graduate Fellowships • April 2009 ITS Lab students Meead Saberi (M.S. student) and Alex Bigazzi (currently B.S. student) were recently notified that they have been selected to receive 2009 Dwight D. Eisenhower Graduate Fellowships from the U.S. Department of Transportation! The Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship provides funding for the pursuit of Master's Degrees or Doctorates in transportation related fields. The program objective is to attract qualified students to the fields of transportation education and research, and advance transportation workforce development. The Program is intended to help upgrade the scope of knowledge of the entire transportation community in the United States and encompasses all modes of transportation.
