 Bertini Appointed Chair of TRB Committee on Traffic Flow Theory and Characteristics • April 2009 Prof. Robert L. Bertini has been appointed chair of the National Academies' Transportation Research Board Committee on Traffic Flow Theory and Characteristics, for a three year term beginning April 15, 2009. Bertini succeeds Prof. Nathan Gartner, University of Massachusetts Lowell, who has served as committee chair since 2000. The TFT Committee is one of the most active committees within the Transportation Research Board. |
