 Heba Alwakiel Receives WTS Scholarship • April 2009 The Portland Chapter of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) has recently announced that PSU student Heba Alwakiel (MSCE) has been selected to receive the 2009 Portland Graduate Scholarship. WTS fosters the development of women in the transportation field by encouraging bright new professionals to undertake careers in the area of transportation. One way it does this is by awarding scholarships to women pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies in transportation or a related field. | ||||
